Ideal Image Las Vegas Scam

The only appointment that I had had with Ideal Image was an "initial free consultation" appointment to find out more about their laser hair removal process and the costs involved. They asked me to sign some forms that was explained to be more of a formality. Fifteen days later I received a statement from Care Credit saying that I owe Ideal Image an unrealistic amount.

I was shell shocked as here I was still researching the laser hair removal process, weighing the pros and cons and evaluating whether it will be safe on me. Ideal Image had rendered no service to me so how could they charge me?. I called their office. The staff was extremely rude and super unrealistic. The woman who "dealt" with me yelled at me saying that whether I decide to use their services or not was my problem but I owe them that money. Oh! my God what kind of a business is this?.

This is my body, my money and now I am trapped into something that I am fighting to get resolved

Ideal Image Laser Scam #2 Las Vegas

I was burned during my treatment. The technician was more concerned with taking photos and documenting the incident than with my injuries. I immediately received a call from the Ideal Image Doctor, but since our initial call, I have had no response from Ideal Image to my letters, calls and visits. I had to be treated in the ER and by a dermatologist, and suffered through an entire summer unable to go into the sun to keep the burns from becoming permanent scars.

Ideal Image LAser Hair Removal Scam #3

I agree that Ideal Image is very secretive about their prices. Why aren't the prices posted on the website. And why is it that you cannot call and get a price over the phone. They try to make you go in and speak to a sales person who makes up some outrageous price and then pretends to be nice enough to give you discounts. I wasn't convinced, it was like haggling with a used car salesman.

Laser Hair Removal Scam #4

Yes, I definitely agree about the pricing and sales tactic used at Ideal Image.

I went in an spoke to a saleswoman who gave me a quote of 4995 to perform laser hair removal on my back. Thought it was too expensive so put it off. Didn't really look around at others the way i should. About 6 months later I heard on the radio they were offering 50 percent off, so I stopped in to check it out. Now the price was over 7000 but they took it all the way down to 2800. The saleswoman took it down to like 60 to 70 percent to make the numbers work for her. A lot of calculator punching. So I felt like I got a deal.Paid half up front and expecting an appointment in the next week, I get a call 3 days later saying i had to wait 3 months but they could try to work me in. So I agreed to a Sunday morning 9 AM appointment. I get there 15 minutes early and wait for an hour in the waiting room. The provider never showed up and the front desk worker said she couldn't reach anyone. She made excuses...waiting for the laser to warm up...then the provider had car trouble...then I couldn't get the provider on her cell phone how did you know she had car trouble if you couldn't reach her.

They got me in a few days later for my treatment. The pain was incredible for me so the provider offered to write a prescription for numbing cream. I agreed to try that so now I must wait a week for the Compounding shop to get the prescription and mail the cream to me.

During the sales consultation I was told it was not painful, that I would feel a small tingle. This is some ridiculous bull. Without the numbing creme I couldn't go through 30 minutes of that pain on my back
